This policy explains what information Serpastra ("we") collects through serpastra.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you email us or use the contact and audit forms, which open your own email app, we receive your name, email address, website and anything you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you and to deliver work you request. We do not sell or rent it.
Free tools
Our free tools run in your browser. Text, URLs and data you enter into them are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how people arrive and which content is useful. Analytics cookies are only set after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics runs in a restricted, cookieless mode that sends limited, non-identifying signals. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. Google's own use of this data is described in its privacy policy.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely and protect against abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
